This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry without following procedure of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
