ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to issue the non-traceable certificate in pursuant to the complaint dated 23.01.2019 registered in CAR 19007224.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the third respondent undertakes to provide non-traceable certificate, if the document lost, which is complained of is not actually traceable.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
