SRF:1485/2020/LAD dated 05.02.2020 under Section 13(2) and the possession notice issued under Section 13(12) dated 05.10.2020 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction.
