ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.08.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and it has been closed on the following grounds: (i)The petitioner did not cooperate for the enquiry; (ii)Details of persons to be summoned are not described completely and comprehensively.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is prepared to cooperate for the enquiry and that he would submit a fresh complaint giving complete details of the persons to be summoned.

5.Recording the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in tune with the undertaking given before this Court. On receipt of such complaint, the respondents shall consider the same and take action in accordance with law.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
