ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(1) and 406 IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, (i.e., 29.03.2022) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police has conducted a petition enquiry as against the petitioners and thereafter, the same was ordered to be closed as no further action is necessary.
