This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to comply with the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar in Cr.M.P.No.4921 of 2017 dated 26.09.2017 to register the First Information Report and investigate the case in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) represented that after receipt of the complaint from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, the respondent has enquired into the matter and closed the said complaint as a false one and a report has also been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

3.Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate forum.
