The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.19135 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15959 of 2025 by order dated 04.12.2025..

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for three times.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.19135 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15959 of 2025 by order dated 04.12.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.19135 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15959 of 2025 by order dated 04.12.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on every 1st day of English Calender Month at about 10.30a.m., until further orders.'' 25-02-2026 jbr To
