By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. Today (25.04.2018), when the matter was called, the learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent on instructions submitted that third respondent has already taken decision to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conduct the Vaigasi Car Festival to Sedal Mariamman Temple from 30.04.2018 onwards.

3. In view of the decision of the third respondent to conduct the Vaigasi Car Festival to Sedal Mariamman Temple the petitioner may not be aggrieved.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
