Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to provide police protection and permission to conduct the remaining festival of "Masi- Panguni Perunthiruvizha" of the "Sree Muthalivinayagar, Sree Muthumariamman Thirukoil" as per the temple invitation schedule on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2019 and based on the festival notice. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to provide police protection and permission to conduct the remaining festival of "Masi- Panguni Perunthiruvizha" of the "Sree Muthalivinayagar, Sree Muthumariamman Thirukoil" as per the temple invitation schedule, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2019 and based on the festival notice.

2. The present petition is filed for giving direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2019.

3. If the petitioner has made a request to conduct the festival for remaining days of "Masi- Panguni Perunthiruvizha" of the "Sree Muthalivinayagar, Sree Muthumariamman Thirukoil", the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
