ORDER

The petitioner wants to put up a construction in the petition mentioned site. He has given an application, dated 21.01.2019. The second respondent is directed to accept the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's application and forward the same to the first respondent for passing appropriate order. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The petitioner undertakes that he will not carryout his further construction, till the first respondent passes an order and the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's application within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
