[Order of the Court was delivered by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU, J.] The above Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved against the order dated 02.04.2013 made in I.A.No.632 of 2012 in O.S.No.209 of 2012 on the file of the Wakf Tribunal (Principal Subordinate Court), Tirunelveli.

2.Today, the Civil Revision Petitioner filed an affidavit before this Court dated 11.07.2018, seeking permission to withdraw the above Civil Revision Petition with liberty to workout the remedy in the way known to law. The above affidavit is taken on record.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy in a manner known to law. No costs.
