By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.It is the case of the petitioner that while measuring the cart track comprised in 50 survey nos including Survey Nos.2/4,

3/2, 4/6, 5/7, 6/6, 12/4, 13/10, 13/11, 18/7, 19/5, 20/4,21/2,23/2 etc., the respondents might cause damage to his crops in Survey No.11/1A,1B. It is needless to point out if at all the petitioner has raised crops in his own lands there may not be any impediment for the respondents to survey the cart track which is comprised in other survey numbers without affecting crops.

3. It is made clear that the respondents are at liberty to conduct the survey in S.No.2/4 etc.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands closed . No Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
