This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 27.07.2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the said complaint, the enquiry has been conducted and during the enquiry the petitioner gave a written statement that the property has been already surveyed and there is no necessity to take further action. Based on the said statement, the complaint has been closed and he has also filed a copy of the written statement of the petitioner and the closure report.
