O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.12.2017 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and the same was closed recording the fact that the dispute among the parities is purely Civil in nature. A copy of the closure report is also produced before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to raise his objections before the concerned Court on the closure report.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
