ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair order and decreetal order in I.A.No.844 of 2014 in O.S.No.195 of 2009 dated 09.10.2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudukkottai.

2.Both side present. On the side of the respondent it was reported that the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court. A report from the lower Court was received by this Court in D.No.289 of 2018, dated 08.10.2018. It reveals that O.S.No.195 of 2009 was decreed on 24.07.2015.
