O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents particularly the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 06.12.2017 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that due to land dispute, O.S.No.200 of 2017 was filed and an ex parte order has been passed. Subsequently, an application to set aside the exparte order has been filed. Therefore, the complaint has been closed directing the parties to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedy, since the dispute among the parties is purely civil in nature. A copy of the closure report is also closed.
