ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.28 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 19.04.2018 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.174 of 2018 before the concerned Court. The said report has been filed prior to the interim order passed by this Court, on 27.04.2018.
