ORDER:-This Petition coming on for hearing under the caption "for reporting compliance" on this day, upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.D.Manikandan, Advocate for the Petitioner and the submission of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi,Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the first respondent, this Court made the following order:
By the order dated 26.03.2021, the first respondent was directed to file final report in this matter, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
2. Today, the matter is listed under the caption "For Reporting Compliance". When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that final report, dated 03.12.2020 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham.
