Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, Praying this Hon'ble Court to set aside the Fair Order and Ex-order passed by the Learned 1st Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai in I.A.No.361/2015 in I.A.No.327/15, in I.A.No.500/14, O.S.No.856/2014 dated 20.08.2015 ORDER:
This Petition coming on for hearing in this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the I Additional Sub Judge Madurai, vide the letter in D.No.2793/2018 dated 01.10.2018 and upon hearing M/S.S.NATESHRAAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.N.Vallinayagam for respondents, this court made the following order:
Both sides present.
2.Advocate appearing for the defendant/revision petitioner has stated that one of the plaintiff is dead and for taking steps, there was a delay from the proceedings.
3.The Judicial Officer has stated that there is a delay due to the examination of Advocate Commissioner. In the above circumstances, two months further time is granted for disposal of the case.
