ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.01.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted in the list on 04.01.2018 under the caption for "dismissal".

Even, today (i.e. 04.01.2018) there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter and therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
