[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the petitioner has filed the case by exhibiting a bogus permit and produced a copy of the written instructions granted by the Deputy Director, Geology and Mining Department, Karur, dated 08.04.2021 to the said effect.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner has to necessarily approach the designated Court and the writ petition is therefore dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
