(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) Alleging that the orders of this Court has not been complied with, the petitioner is before this Court with this contempt petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that as per the orders of this Court dated 20.11.2024, obstructions have been removed in the pathway to reach the burial ground.
