ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, against the Fair and Decretal order made in I.A.No.131 of 2014 in O.S.No.84 of 2011, dated 28.11.2014, on the file of the learned I-Additional District Munsif, Kumbakonam.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the case was directed to be posted on 11.04.2018 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present in this Court to prosecute the case.

3. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
