O R D E R
This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 15.11.2017.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one Shanmugakumar has married the petitioner. He further submitted that subsequently, the petitioner came to know that the said Shankugakumar has already married one lady and through her, a child is also there. Hence, she gave a complaint before the respondent. But, so far no action has been taken.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.
4. Recording the said submission, this court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of four months and if the enquiry disclose any cognizable offence, a case should be registered and proceed further in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of.
