This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to include and appoint all the existing vacancies in the Public Health Officer posts to be appointed through Notification No.31/2022 dated 21.10.2022

2. Head both sides and perused the records.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that pursuant to the notification No.31/2022 dated 21.10.2022 selection process is over and selection list is forwarded to the first respondent on 23.06.2023. The second list was sent on 31.08.2023.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2/5

3 would submit that appointment orders are issued to the primarily selected candidates vide G.O.(Ms).No.32, Health and Family Welfare(L2) Department dated 05.02.2024.

5. In view of the above factual position that already selection process is completed pursuant to the said notification, in my considered view, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
