ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 192 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. Though the name of the second respondent has been printed in the cause-list, there is no appearance on behalf of him, either in person or through counsel. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 192 days, however, on payment of costs.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to E-Seva Kendra Porta Cabins attached to this Bench [Account No:7026895311, IFSC Code:IDIB000H040, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai] forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which 2/3
