Though the petitioner filed this civil original petition to reject the plaint in O.S.No.66 of 2014, on the file of learned III Additional District Munsif, Trichy, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied incase direction is issued to the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned III Additional District Munsif, Trichy, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.66 of 2014, on merits and as per law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
