Respondent This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of Tamilnadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 as amended by Act 1 of 1980 against the fair and executable order passed in RCA.No.2 of 2012 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Sub Court), Ramanathapuram dated 13.07.2015, reversing the order and decreetal order passed in RCOP.No.8 of 2009 on the file of the Rent Controller (District Munsif Court), Ramanathapuram dated 14.12.2011.

DECREE : This Civil Revision petition coming on for hearing on this Thursday the Twenty Second day of June, Two Thousand and Seventeen, upon perusing the Grounds of Petition, the order and Decree of the Rent Controller, Ramanathapuram and the material papers in this revision petition, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.R.Jeyapala, Advocate for the revision petitioner/Tenant and that of Mr.V.Sitharanjandas, Advocate for Respondent/Landlord, and this revision petition stood over for consideration till this day, this Court while dismissing this Civil Revision Petition, doth order and decree as follows:

1.That the order and Decree of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Sub Judge), Ramanathapuram, dated 13.07.2015 made in R.C.A.No. 2 of 2012, reversing the order and decree of the Rent Controller (District Munsif), Ramanathapuram, dated 14.12.2011 made in R.C.O.P.No.8 of 2009, be and hereby are confirmed, and this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed;

2. That the revision petitioner shall vacate and deliver the vacant possession of the schedule mentioned premises within a period of Two months.

3.That, on such delivery, the respondent/landlord shall repay Rs.1,40,000/- received from the revision petitioner as advance; and 4.That there be and hereby no costs in this Civil Revision Petition.
