ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition with an undertaking to re-present the plaint before the Trial Court by answering all the queries raised so as to take the suit on file and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. It is made clear that for the purpose of reckoning the time limit for re-presentation, the period from the date of filing of this Petition, viz., 07.03.2024, till the date on which the certified copy of this order is made ready by the Registry, shall be excluded. No costs.
