ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry, based on the complaint given by one Flora.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that one Flora gave a false complaint on 22.10.2017, as against the petitioner, stating that the petitioner has borrowed some amount from her. He further submitted that the said complaint has been closed, but the second respondent has frequently called upon the petitioner and harassing him unnecessarily.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the said complaint, so far, has not been closed and the same is still pending for enquiry and hence, he has requested to direct the petitioner to appear before the second respondent for enquiry. 4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent for enquiry. If the petitioner appeared for enquiry, he should not be subjected to any harassment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
