O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint made by the Unknown person.

2.According to the petitioner, on 07.02.2025 morning, the Police Officer attached to Meenakshiamma Kovil Police Station came to the petitioner's house and enquired. The petitioner was informed that unknown persons lodged a complaint against the petitioner. Though he had given his explanation to the officials, again on 17.02.2025 night hours, the second respondent came to the petitioner's house and conducted enquiry. Again on 23.02.2025 the second respondent has called the petitioner for enquiry. Therefore, he sent a representation to the respondent police and the same was not considered. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as of now, no complaint was registered and enquired against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police. Based on the News circulated in social media, the petitioner has filed this petition. Therefore, nothing survives survives for further adjudication.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission of the respondents, this petition is closed.
