2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint received by the 2nd respondent police, the petitioner was only called for enquiry and there is no harassment by the respondents police. Further, the respondents did not interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner.
