Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.12254 of 2016, for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 21.07.2016. Now, he has come out with this petition on the ground that the investigation is completed. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner unauthorizedly stored explosive substances, without any safety measures and without getting permission, endangering life to the public and investigation is still pending. There is no change of circumstances.

3.Considering the contention of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that this Court has already dismissed the earlier petition filed by the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
