ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent herein to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.08.2017 in accordance with law within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.82 of 2018 under Sections 143, 188 and 285 IPC and he has produced a copy of the said First Information Report before this Court.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
