ORDER

According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the respondents 4 and 5. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the complaint preferred by the respondents 4 and 5 has been enquired and the same was closed, since the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
