This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused based on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.11.2017 and conduct investigation in accordance with law and file the final report after concluding the investigation. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and the same was closed as Civil dispute. A closure report is also produced before this Court. 3.In the light of the closure report submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Civil Court to seek his remedy.
