ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the complaint given by one Kalaiselvi enquiry has been conducted and pending. The respondent Police also issued summons to the petitioner and she also appeared for one hearing, thereafter, she fails to appear for enquiry. So far, no case has been pending against the petitioner.
2.Since, no case is pending against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If the petitioner finds any trouble in future, she can work out her remedy through appropriate proceedings.
