..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to stuck off the entry in the encumbrance certificate as regards the proceedings dated 11.05.2023 issued by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka. No.711/E1/2023 dated 11.05.2023 in respect of the Town Survey Nos. 1/1A3A1A, 3042, 3043, 3044, 3045, 3047, 3048 and 3049 at Neelagiri Therku Thottam, Thanjavur Taluk and Thanjavur District, within the period that may be stipulated by this court.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to stuck off the entry in the encumbrance certificate as regards the proceedings dated 11.05.2023 issued by the second respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka. No.711/E1/2023 dated 11.05.2023 in respect of the Town Survey Nos.1/1A3A1A, 3042, 3043, 3044, 3045, 3047, 3048 and 3049 at Neelagiri Therku Thottam, Thanjavur Taluk and Thanjavur District. 2/4

2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. He states that he will move an application for review of the order passed by this court in W.P.(MD).No.13760 of 2023 dated 23.09.2024. He further states that he will move a fresh writ petition to remove the entry made by the second respondent/Deputy Inspector General of Registration after the disposal of the review application.
