When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner / tenant stated that the prayer in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous, as the petitioner has vacated the demised premises. He has also made an endorsement by stating that this petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
