O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the de-facto complainant to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur to dispose of the case in C.C.No.104 of 2016 at early.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the accused being the employer of the petitioner, retaining the original college certificate and thereby preventing the petitioner from applying for any other job and therefore, he prays before this Court to give a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur to expedite the trial in C.C.No.104 of 2016 and dispose of the same at early.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has not raised any objection.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur to expedite the trial in C.C.No.104 of 2016 and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
