Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to transfer patta stands in the name of petitioner's father and to transfer the same to all legal heirs in the property in Survey Nos.124/6B, 124/6E, 124/6F, 124/6J , 124/6L to the total extent of 13 cents situated at Kalkurichi village, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2018 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The patta in respect of the petition mentioned lands stood in the name of Mr.Nallakannu Nadar. He passed away. There are five legal heirs. Patta will have to be changed and the names of the five legal heirs will have to be entered in the place of Nallakannu Nadar. In this regard, a representation was given on 02.11.2018. Since the respondent did not act thereon, this writ petition came to be filed.
3.This Court directs the respondent to make necessary changes in the revenue record and enter the names of the legal heirs of Mr.Nallakannu Nadar within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
