This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 26.05.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and the same has been closed.

4. Recording the submission made, this petition is closed. The 2nd respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, if not already furnished, and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
