O R D E R
The revision petitioner herein filed a petition seeking only for expedite disposal of the HMOP .NO.107 of 2014 filed by the respondent / wife on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.
2. The respondent who is wife has filed HMOP.No.107 of 2014 for dissolution of marriage on the ground of cruelty. It is also stated that the husband had filed another HMOP.No.362 of 2013 for restitution of conjugal rights. The counter has been filed in HMOP.NO.107 of 2014 and the matter is ready for enquiry. It is stated that mediation efforts taken by the Court as well as relatives turned futile.
3. The petitioner herein also seems to have filed a memo conceding to the ground of decree for divorce in favour of respondent herein. However, the same was not recorded and time and again the matter has been adjourned.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is residing in Bangalore due to his employment. Each of the hearing he has to travel from Bangalore, availing leave and spending time and money which is very difficult. Therefore, the petitioner herein prayed for speedy disposal of the HMOP.NO.107 of 2014, on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

5. In view of the difficulties expressed by the petitioner herein and also there is no impediment for the Court to get along with the trial of the OP as the pleadings are completed, this Court is inclined to direct the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the HMOP NO.107 of 2014 on or before 30th October 2015.
6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
