ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai (Committal Court) to expedite the trial in PRC.No.39 of 2014 and dispose of the case within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that PRC.No.39 of 2014 was already committed to the Court of Sessions.

3.Recording the submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
