PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in ROC No.5107 /2017 /F2 dated 20.04.2018 and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in the present working place at Thirumangalam Municipality.
