ORDER:- This Revision Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 28/02/2019, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS NO.127 of 2011 with in a period of three months, and the requisition letter dated 13.12.2022 in D.No.

"The learned District Munsif, Pudukkottai, sent a letter dated 13.12.2022, requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of OS No.127 of 2011, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 28.02.2019.
