Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of joint patta in his name and that of his brother. He has given an application dated 20.01.2018 in this regard. The first respondent had already issued a memorandum dated 10.09.2018 calling upon the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation. 3.The second respondent is directed to conclude the proceedings and pass orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. This Court has not given any positive direction for passing orders one way or the other. The second respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing orders.
