O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents.

2.The third respondent is said to have given complaint against the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the said complaint was enquired and it has been closed on 28.09.2020. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that after closure of the enquiry, he has filed complaint before the Poothapandi Police Station. It is made clear that for the same set of facts, the petitioner cannot keep on filing petition after petition.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.5179 of 2020 4.In view of the fact that since the enquiry has been closed, the cause of action may not survive. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
