PRAYER: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.12.2017 in accordance with law.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that without making an enquiry the second respondent has closed the complaint given by the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents represented that after receipt of the complaint, an enquiry has been conducted and it was found that the petitioner's husband has mortgaged the property with one K.M.Swamy and hence, the parties were advised to approach the civil Court and obtain proper remedy, thereafter, the complaint was closed by the respondent police.

petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate forum.
