PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second and third respondents and their officials not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents and their officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police had registered a case, conducted a detailed enquiry and closed the same on 31.03.2022.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6028 of 2022 3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
